About Dr. Marsh
Dr. Leah Marsh is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist and expert robotic surgeon at Los Angeles Cancer Network. She specializes in the minimally invasive and robotic surgical management of gynecologic cancers, as well as complex benign gynecologic conditions including endometriosis, fibroids, and chronic pelvic pain. In addition to caring for women diagnosed with gynecologic malignancies, Dr. Marsh works closely with women who carry hereditary cancer syndromes — often referred to as “previvors” — guiding risk-reducing strategies and long-term prevention planning. She also partners in the gynecologic management of women with breast cancer and provides fertility-sparing surgical care for selected precancerous and cancerous conditions. Dr. Marsh completed medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, followed by residency training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was selected for a visiting gynecologic oncology rotation at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She went on to complete fellowship training in gynecologic oncology at University of California, Los Angeles. Her clinical approach emphasizes precision surgery, genetic risk assessment, thoughtful navigation of chemotherapy side effects, and structured, patient-centered decision-making. Dr. Marsh practices throughout Los Angeles, with offices in Santa Monica, Century City / Beverly Hills, and Glendale.
